Custody Evaluations
A custody evaluation is a comprehensive assessment conducted to determine the best interests of the child. This process provides a fact-based report to the court addressing parental responsibility and time-sharing arrangements. The goal is to provide a thorough, unbiased assessment that prioritizes the well-being and safety of the child, offering the court a clear understanding of the dynamics at play. We will meet for several sessions lasting 2-3 hours. You will have the opportunity to tell your story in a professional and inviting space. You may be asked to complete psychological testing to help me best understand you.
